We want you to love your Sanctum Organics products, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • We'll cover the return shipping costs if you receive an incorrect or defective item.
  • Refunds are typically processed within four weeks, factoring in transit time (5-10 business days), processing (3-5 business days), and bank processing time (5-10 business days).

At Sanctum Organics, your satisfaction is our priority. Our Love it/Leave it Guarantee gives you 30 days from purchase to see if our products are right for you. This Guarantee only covers our Skin Goal Sets.

1. Guarantee Duration

  • Valid for 30 days from your purchase date.
  • If you're not happy, return them for a full refund.

2. Eligibility

  • Applies only to Skin Goal Sets.
  • You can return individual products from the set if one or more aren’t the right fit for you.
  • To request a refund, email us at hello@sanctumorganics.com.au with your order number and a brief reason for the return (e.g., the scent isn't for you, or your skin didn't respond as expected).
  • Skin health depends on a combination of skincare, diet, and lifestyle, so keep that in mind when measuring progress.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team for a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  • Send the product back via registered post, ensuring the RA number is on the package.
  • The returned product must be at least 50% full (not empty).
  • Returned product must be received within two weeks of receiving your RA.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method as quickly as possible. We're a small family business, but we take these requests seriously and aim to resolve them swiftly.
  • Refunds are typically processed within four weeks, factoring in transit time (5-10 business days), processing (3-5 business days), and bank processing time (5-10 business days).

5. Exclusions

Our Money-Back Guarantee does NOT apply to:

  • Body Care products
  • Hair Care products
  • Baby Care products
  • Gift cards
